Title: How Do I?

I had my gall bladder taken out about three years ago. Since that time I've had my second child. I am over wait, and I can't seem to find anything that works. I've tried running, diet pills, and significantly reducing how much I eat. I eat very healthy, but I can't seem to shake any of this weight what can I do?

what i suggest is getting on a program. that is:m-w-f schedule or t-th-s which ever. at least 3-4 days a week. simply make it a part of your life. 2-3 days weight training with 30min cardio: walk, run, stair climb, something aerobic.between each set of exercise work your abs. remember to stretch before and after. stretching between exercises help develop long lean muscles. on your off days just do something relaxing like stretching to some good music or a power walk. yoga is relaxing and try checking in to what is called pilates. it a type of exercise using your own body weight. you have to find 30min to 1 hr a day for just yourself.
