Title: Diet Soda In addition to what John L. wrote, never drink regular soda, only diet soda but also be aware of the sodium content of diet soda which can attribute to water retention. I had a friend who would always have diet soda after a workout and complained about not losing weight. It was suggested she cut out the diet soda and she started to see changes. Good Luck!
