Title: Creatine I have a question regarding creatine: does Gatorade (when consumed immediately after work-out) in any way alter the grape juice + creatine mixture? I drink Gatorade immediately following the gym to sooth the electrocyte activity in my muscles. Without drinking Gatorade first, the grape juice / creatine mixture always comes back up about as quickly as it goes down, if you know what I mean. But does this alter my creatine intake? So I may even need an alternative to grape juice -- does apple juice work as well with creatine?
