Raj Name: Raj Date: Jan. 3rd, 2001 Title: Re: Losing Weight Nadia, Do NOT waste your money on pills or shakes or supplements to lose weight. They are all just schemes to have you spend money. The ONLY way you will lose weight and keep it off is to eat less calories, exercise and drink lots of water. A pill might help you for a couple of months but you will NOT keep the weight off - it will come right back on when you eat normally again. And it could help screw up your metabolism. I say this from experience - I went from a size 18-20 to a size 2-4 in 10 months from eating a healthy, low fat diet, drinking about a gallon of water a day and exercising. I have maintained this weightloss for the past 10 months without a problem because I have continued to eat healthily, drink my water and exercise.
