Title: Personalized Diet, And A Soda Question? I was wondering if anyone knows were I can go to get a customized diet plan? Besides a personal trainer. And secondly I am trying to to trim up and I do strength training which isnt helping my ab area, how important is it to cut out soda consumption? Thanks guys! Its all about getting adipose tissue down in that area. The most important part of that is nutrition. Check out logic nutrition's website. I think the web address is something like logicnutrition.com. They have lots of info on training and nutrition. They offer free personalized diet programs.( Learn about the Glycemic index of carbohydrates). In my opinion it's not the only thing that matters but it is one of the most important. Second, you need to do medium intensity cardio at least 3-5 times a week. Do it first thing in the morning before breakfast or last thing at night (wait at least 3 hours after you eat). If you follow the diet principles and the cardio YOU WILL eventually develop your desired physique. Work Hard! John L. P.S. Never drink regular soda. It's packed with sugar.
