Title: Ab Nutrition Hi My top goal in exercising is getting really nice abdominal muscles. I think my training is fine, and I'd like to know what I should eat and not eat when it comes up to abs. Please don't tell me about food groups, just give me exemples for foods which I need and don't need to eat.
