Title: Calories To Kilojoules
Hi guys,
I need to know how to convert calories to kilojoules. All the food I buy here (Australia) has a kilojoule count on the pack, but all my books and my exercise bike work in calories.
I need to know how to do the conversion so I can keep my diet under control.
Anyone know how to do the math???

hi rosie
also an aussie. Multiply your calories by 0.004184 and you should get a decent conversion to kilojoules.
