Title: Trying To Get From 18% To 13% Bodyfat. Hi. I am currently somewhere fluctuating between 16-20% bodyfat ratio. It varies of course throughout the day and weeks. Anyway...I am making small changes in my nutrition and watching to see what results happen. For instance I cut back on Carb at night, but I still eat lots of carbs in the day. I burn roughly 700 calories when I workout, so I figured I need them. I was just wondering if anyone out there has been to this place. I really need to hold onto my muscle mass for competition(triathlons) but want to lose the body fat. Any suggestions or just feel like talking.
