Title:
Carbs!I want to know about this 40/30/30 program, I know you intake 40% carbs, but how many grams of carbs does an average healthy person supposed to intake a day, and is it 40 % of that?

well, I don't do the 40/30/30, but I can tell you about it.
the 40% is 40% of total calories. A carb garm is 4 calories, a protien gram also 4 calories, and a fat gram is 9 calories.
If you are on a 2000 calorie diet (just a number for demonstrative purposes...). That would be 800 calories carbs, 600 calories protein, and 600 calories fat. Or 200 carb grams, 150 protein grams, and 64.4 fat grams.
Note that the US Govt suggestions are for something along the lines of 65% carb, 20% fat, 15% protein.
