Title: Weight Vs Size I am underweight, and alarmingly so. i am 110 lbs while I should be around 143 lbs. Can anyone suggest exercises and nutritional habits that could help me get soe weight? I would appreciate if you could mail me. I am male of 23. Anything else but nutrition or exercise, just anything, would be appreciated. Thanks a lot. Name: Nadeem Date: Dec. 12th, 2000 Title: Re: Weight Vs Size i had that same problem too, and I found a trainer that has fixed that for me. its all in the meal plan, some people just have to eat alot of food, and not just any food you need the right about of certain things. I started in late september I only weighed 154 and am six one. now I weight 183, and lost body fat. I eat about 5000 callories a day. and only work out 3 times a week. 80% of gaining muscle is in the meal plan. I go to 24hour fitness and they have great trainers that can give you meal plans, if you don't have one of those where you live, find some place that has good meal plans.
