Title: Weight Loss!!!(urgent) I wish to lose about 10kg within 30-37days. do u has any tip of me it is really urgent. Does going jogging everyday help alot? and i wish to lose fats in my leg and arm does jogging help? and it is possible to lose 10kg in 30-37days? Name: Stephennie Date: Dec. 10th, 2000 Title: Re: Weight Loss!!!(urgent) I've been reading a lot about weightloss and nutrition for the last year and I can be very sure when I say: do not try to lose 10kg in one month period. It is hardly possible and very unhealthy. I've lost 7 kg in 10 months and haven't gained any of them back!First of all, you have to change your eating habits and start execising. Eat a lot of proteins- turky breast, egg-white, tuna, fish; lower your intake on carbs and use only olive oil ( 2 spoons max per day). Start doing cardio exercises- low hear rate is for losing weight, because it burns fat not carbs. Intensity doesn't mean that you will lose more weight. Use heart rate monitor-Polar. I lost about 50 pounds by running and eating low fat foods over a span of 5 months. I ate many times a day but very small low fat meals. The most important thing about exercise is keeping your heart rate up for 20 minutes. It does not matter how far you go but more importantly the time your heart rate is up. Over time you will be able to run for longer periods. I encourage you to run, jog or just about any exercise that you find fun.
