Title: Metabolism I have a question. I can't seem to get my motivation. It seems as if my metabolism slowed down alot. I'm only 21 and I need a good way to get my metabolism back up and moving, so I feel like doing things. I watch what I eat, excercise, but I don't have a lot of energy. What can I do to help myself? A routine of eating 6 times a day helped increase my metabo. Try to space out the meals 3-1/2 to four hours apart. Also, performing your aerobic activity first thing in the morning, while additionaly burning fat three times faster, will assist you with increasing your metabo. Hope this helps.. Muscle burns more calories at rest than fat does -- get lifting !!
