Title: Apple Cider Vinegar
Hi,
A short time ago you ran an article on the benefits of cider vinegar.
Someone told me that the article stated that daily doses of cider vinegar was
very healthful but that the article did not state how much the daily dose should be. Can you tell me how much one should take each day?

I use applecider vinegar. Take 2 oz. in water before meals.
