Title: Soup

I recently got ill, and while I was chowing down on yet another batch of chicken broth, the thought occured to me that I coould lose weight eating only soup broths, what do you think? Would this be a good way to lose weight fast and still have nutrition?

    If you did it right you can go a long way with soup. Wouldn't just do broths though as a broth is pretty much just salt water... You'll need the important "floaties" so to speak.

    Soup can provide a lot of help in eating better though. Make sure not to do the creme based soups, but if you have a good soup with veggies, noodles, and so on, that is a very nutritious meal.

    Shouldn't diet on one food alone, but soup would be a good staple to gear a diet around.
