I am 25years old and 1'm 161cm tall and I weigh 64kg. I need a healthy easy to follow diet. I also have a small trampoline at home that I use to excercise on for 45 min. a while back. That is a very healthy weight by many standards. (BMI, etc...) Now if you are looking to tone/define your body, that's a different animal. Certain aerobic exercises define certain parts over others. But for best definition, adding in some light weight work is a big help. Would be happy to follow up on this if the latter is the case. But your weight seems fine from here.
