Title: What's My Motivation?

For the past few years, I have been off-and-on trying to lose weight. Just lately, I have trouble keeping myself motivated, both with diet and exercise. Any advice? I have had some success in the past, but lately it seems like I'll find myself thinking, "what's the point" or "that can wait til tomorrow, I think I'll just have this brownie." Help, please!

    When you're in good shape there is almost nothing that you won't be able to do. If you feel like spending the day biking you can!
    Also you will feel better about yourself. Look in the mirror and be proud of who you are, knowing that it is through exercise and eating right that makes you look and feel this good.
    Plus it's fun and it puts you in an elite group of people.
