Title: What Can I Expect I'm a 24 year old male and always had a little gut and chest fat. People look at me and feel I'm so in shape but if they only knew. When I eat anything I want I stay from 175 to 180 lbs. with no exercise. My question is this. If I go 2 months just drinking water and no other beverage, eating oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, low fat yogurt for my evening snack and eat whatever I want for my dinner, lunch and one other snack what can I expect to see. I don't eat bad I will be making some good food choices for my lunch, dinner, and other snack like Grilled chicken, vegts, good carbs and etc. However, I will have the occasional fried chicken, burger pizza and cookie. But I'm really versed when it comes to eating right but just don't want to deprive myself. Also along with the oatmeal and fruit, yogurt and I will also be jogging for 30 minutes at a moderate pace on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday MORNING along with weight training on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. I will stretch afterwards. I'm 5'11 175lbs. Last but not least I work one floor above the main floor at my job so I use the stairs all day. So what can I expect with the jogging 5 days a week, weight training two days, and only water and oatmeal and fruit for breakfast and yogurt for one snack. Thanks alot. As long as you know that getting in good shape is more what you eat and not as much the exercise you do. I have come to find out that protien plays a huge role in keeping my body in the shape I want. From what I read it sounds like you could use a little more protien in your diet. Ther are several ways to get more protien, the easiest way is to have some kind of meal replacement. I have bee using one that's made by a company called slimsense, and I love it.
