Title: Post-pregnancy Excess Weight

Help!!!
My second child is now 6 months old, and so far I have only lost 10 pounds of the excess 25 gained. If I wanted to get back to my weight before my first child, I have 40 excess lbs. Its getting extremely depressing. I have been watching what I eat and starting working out the way I did before my first pregnancy (before breakfast workouts of 10 min bicycle warm-up, 20-30 minutes of weights(alternating days of upper and lower body) followed by 20-30 minutes walk/jog on the treadmill. Unfortunately I developped a sciatic nerve problem 8 weeks into my first pregnancy and I am unable to correct it. Does anybody have any advice??

Don't get depressed! I know it's hard. I was in a similar position. I got pregnant, gained 25 pounds and then lost the baby. So I was overweight with nothing to show for it. I walked and walked and walked... nothing. I started a new program from Slimsense a few weeks ago and I've already lost about ten pounds. This stuff is great! Can you work out at all? That is horrible about your back. Let me know if you want some more info. I normally don't recommend stuff like this to people but it really is helping and I fee great in the meantime!
