Title: Counting Fat And Calories, Is There A Range?

I was just wondering if there was a formula or a chart that describes the amount of fat grams and caloric intake that is healthy. side note: I am fairly active, at the gym 4-5 times a week.

20-30% of your daily calories should come from fat.
So for example, if you eat 2000 calories a day, 400-600 of those calories should come from fat. Since each calorie contaings 9 grams of fat, you should be eating 44-66 grams of fat per day if you are eating 2000 calories a day.

If you have any questions about my calculations, feel free to e-mail me!
