Foodok everyone... im a little upset. im 13, and i weight healthy for my age. but latley ive turned into a health freak. but now im a freak about fat grams and calories. and everyone is getting sick of hearing me say "how fatting do you think this is" or i am soo fat. the the thing is, is that, i really mean that. im not saying it so ppl say, "your skinny!" someone please help! what is wrong w/ me?!?!

It sounds to me like you don't have an OUNCE of extra fat on your body. Even if you do, please do yourself a favor - STOP right now! Don't count fat like that -- you're still growing, and you need it desperately. If you don't eat enough, not only will your body desperately cling to the fat you DO have, but you'll lose energy and you can get very sick.
DON'T WORRY ABOUT YOUR FIGURE.. you're thirteen years old and you'll not only thin out, but develop more over the next few years. If you're worried about your weight, than make sure you get exercise, either at a gym, from a video tape, or best, a sport at school.. Do something that involves running or lots of fast walking around on a regular basis. But, by all means, EAT! Eat healthy foods, but make sure you do get SOME fat (in things like cheese, meat, and yes, icecream!) Just try not to eat things like candy and potato chips every day. Instead eat fruit and crackers... Make sure you eat atleast three times a day, and until you're full. If you don't eat breakfast now, start eating it, and don't eat near bedtime. Lots of luck. And don't worry... you DONT need to lose weight.
