Title: Hooked On Fastfood

with no time between work sleep and going to the gym I eat a lot of fast food I try to go for grilled chicken sandwiches and salads but I know it can't be good. Is there a way to eat fast food everyday and be able to work out and see a difference??

I would love to be able to tell you yes, you can eat fast food every day, work out and still get that body you desire but it just doesn't work that way and even if it did, your outward appearance may be attractive but your ateries would be screaming at you and they would probably all revolt against you in the form of a heart attack!
I know it's hard to work, go to the gym AND eat properly but what I find works is to make my lunch (and dinner if I'm going to be out of the house for both) right before I go to bed each night or cook a big batch of something at the beginning of the week that I can put into smaller portions and refrigerate/freeze and eat throughout the week. Sandwhiches and salads are great for lunches, pasta or any kind of carb is good before a work out but it's also really important to get your protein (meat, beans, tofu products) in as well so that you can maintain the health and strength of your muscles. If you do insist on going the fast food route, then make sure you're avoiding things that are fried and breaded, are in creamy sauces, ask for no mayonaise, low fat dressing, no fries - get a salad (with dressing on the side) instead.

Don't deprive yourself of the fast food that you love 'cause chances are you'll just break down and binge but definitely cut down on it and become more aware of what you are putting in your body. :)
