    If you work in an office, the daily calorie intake your body requires according to your sport activities is about 2500Kcal. You should absorb these calories as follows:
    375g carbohydrates
    80g fat
    60g proteins
    If you want to lose weight, you should above all pay attention to your food. Thus, for you diet to be balanced, do not forget to eat enough vitamins, minerals and roughage. To save about 500Kcal a day, I would suggest the following proportions:
