MY NEW DIET STARTS WITH (BREAKFAST)MULTI-VITAMINS(CENTRUM),OMEGA-2(FISH OIL)AND CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS, AND A MET-RX SHAKE.FOR LUNCH I HAVE RICE AND CHICKEN, AND FOR DINNER A HAVE ANOTHER SHAKE. IS THIS A GOOD RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS. OR AM I GOING ABOUT IT ALL WRONG. PLEASE HELP.
