Title: Weight Loss I am 85 pounds overweight and I want to be healthy and in shape. I want to do the challenge 2000 but I don't want it to be a temporary solution...I am not looking for a quick fix anymore. I want an outward difference and I definately want my health to improve dramatically. Any suggestions?? I'm telling you that it is going to be hard to change, but you can do it. Do the fitness challenge 2000. Read the book "Body for Life" by Bill Phillips, but just don't read it be active with it. I mean when Bill says write down your goals and read them every morning then that is what you have to do. I would suggest take out everything that makes you lazy in your home. (Like the TV) or atleat unplug it. Don't ever go to the store hungry and remove the junk from your kitchen. Go for a walk around you neighborhood and find a buddy that will go with you and keep you motivated. Anyway, these are some things that I think might help you to make a life style change. Hope this helps you! God bless. Name: brandon Date: Jul. 18th, 2000 Title: Re: Weight Loss I agree with Brandon when it comes to getting Bill Phillips book "Body For Life". If you follow it it then I guarantee it will change you. It did for me! I wouldn't go as far as getting rid of your TV as Brandon suggested. Have to be realistic here. You can't change your entire life overnight. Typically, eating is associated with TV. You have to ask yourself each time you are about to eat...."Am i eating because my body NEEDS to or am I bored, upset, stressed, and so on". You are going to have days that you mess up. That's alright! Nobody is perfect! The key to WINNING is NOT ALLOWING that screw up to give up. NO EXCUSES! Feel free to email me with any questions. Good luck Debbie! brandon wrote: > The key here Debbie is that you have to want to change. This has to be a life syle change for you.
