Title: PMS!

I have heard that nutrition can play a big role in alleviating PMS. I live a healthy lifestyle, but I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion about what foods/vitamins/minerals, etc. I could add or subtract to my diet to help with the psychological and physical symptoms of PMS.
