Title: Balanced Nutrition i have heard about different diets designed to increase matabolism, by finding the correct combinations of proteins, carbs, and vegetables. i am very interested in this, as i have recently lost weight by cutting way down on calories and fats. i want to eat more than i am currently. anyone that can point me in the right direction? You want to be very careful with any diet that tries to almost eliminate one of these 3 macronutrients. For example eating an very low carb diet can put your body into ketosis. My advice: Stay away from fad diets and follow the US or Canadian food guide. If you follow it properly, you will be eating healthy and get the results you want.
