Title: The Last 10 Pounds I am 5'7" tall and weigh 140 pounds. I am interested in losing 10 pounds. I excercise regularly, although have a very, very slow metabolism. It is frustrating to me becuase if i skip a workout or splurge and have a fattening meal, i can see it on my body the next day. It is not only frustrating, but a little scary because I know that weight fluctuations are not healthy. Any suggestions on how to lose the last 10 pounds without killing myself in the gym or completely depriving myself from my favorite foods? I am going to really start monitoring my calorie intake and want to know what the least amount of calories i should eat a day to lose the weight but also be safe? PLEASE offer suggestions! Thank you.
