Title: How To Eliminate Unwanted Fat On Thighs And Lower Stomach

Hi- im 15 and am not satisfied with how i look. I would like to loose some fat around my inner thigh areas and in my lower stomach. i do crunchies as often as i could but that doesn't seem to help. i try to run or exersice at least 4 -5 times a week. yet see no results. what should i do? how do i find the quickest and most effective results? please help!

    To reduce body fat anywhere on your body you have to do 3 things (it seems like you are already doing 2 of them)
    1)Do cardio workouts that get your heart rate up into your training zone.
    2)Do muscle toning exercises. (crunches for your abs are one example)
    3)eat right. You can exercise all you want, if your diet isn't right you won't get the results you need.
