Title: Metrx And Power Bars
I have two kids who swim. They eat metrx bars after training and powerbars during competition. Is anyone aware of a recipe for either of these bars? They cost me a small fortune. Thanks.

if you buy the powder & mix with bannanas/ fruit with half skim/ water mixture it will bring the cost down a bit...i know cause my kids love "that energy shake that daddy makes"
