Title: HELP!!!

Hello, I'm a little over weight and I want to get rid of the extra lbs. and maybe get a "six pack". Does anyone have any solutions to my problem.

    Do tons and tons of situps. Left and right side. Crunchies and regular situps without your feet under anything.

    If you're not too tired in the mornings I recommend a 1 hour walk, at a quick pase, before breakfast. It burns fat like hell.

    I hope you get this message fairly soon as you have been given some unfortunate bad advice from one person. Tons and tons of sit-ups will get you nowhere. I am certified in resistance training and a challenger in the fitness competitions. I assure you that form beats reps any time! First, no matter how well developed you get your abs...they will never be seen as long as you have body fat hiding them. Concentrate on cardio! One of the other replies was right about excercising on an empty stomach. Your body's glucose levels are at an all-time low after a 6-8 hour sleepful night. When you excercise on an empty stomach then your body has NO CHOICE but to use stored fat cells as an energy source. As far as your ab workouts go all you need to do is 2-3 sets of 15-20 reps of crunches and 2-3 sets of 15-20 reps of hanging knee raises 2-3 times a week! Give it time. You didn't get overweight overnight and so its not going to go away overnight! Stay focused to why you are wanting to better yourself! Good luck!
