Title: Weight Gain

I am an 18 year old female and I am signed to play college soccer for 4 yrs. My coach says the only thing that he thinks I really need to work on is gaining weight (muscle not fat). I am 5'4" and weight 110lbs. I have read many things about losing weight, but I can't find one thing on gaining it. What is the healthiest way to gain muscle weight, being a female? What does my diet need to consist of?
