Title: I Need Quick Abs Im 13 and im 5'5 and 120 pounds. im pretty skinny but i have NO abs whatsoever i need some quick! im not sure what methods work and how to balance them day to day , if you could help i would be so very grateful HURRY! Perhaps a Monday, Wednesday, Friday as a general guide line. Do 2-3 sets of 15-20 crunches with only 30-45 second rest between the sets. Concentrate on feeling your ab muscles. Don't rush through the excercise! Slow controlled form is the key here! After that excercise wait about 2-3 minutes then do one other excercise. Lay on the floor and raise your legs up in the air as high as you can take them without raising your hips off the floor. Then SLOWLY lower your legs til they are just a few inches off the ground. You don't want them to actually rest as you want your lower abs to hold them up off thr floor. This excercise is not as difficult as it may sound. Give it a try and I think you will see what it is that I'm trying to tell you. If you can't do 15-20 reps then do as many as you can and work yur way up to 15-20 reps. If it gets to the point that it is too easy then increase the sets or place a weight on your chest which will make a huge difference.
