It takes time to lose bodyfat. and to do that you need to do cardiovascular work like swimming, running, cycling, aerobics, walking, skiing, anything that involves a lot of movement. You need to keep your heartrate up for a minimum of 20mins. Keep a balanced diet and also do toning exercises.
