Title:
Unique Nutrition NeedsI am a 31 year old male, 6 ft tall, weighing approximately 195 lbs. I'd like to get leaner, but am limited in dietary options because of having Ulcerative Colitis. This means a limited amount of raw vegetables, fiber, fresh fruits, etc. (in other words, anything that's taxing on the digestive tract). Does anyone have any advice on a healthy diet that won't disturb my digestive system? Thanks for any help.

green vegetables boiled soft are great, purees of fruits are great chilled, scrambled eggs, cottage cheeses and tofu... All soft foods til you heal.
