Eating Prior To Workout.My husband has instructed me not to eat 1 hour prior to exercising and not to eat for 1 hour post exercising. He said that I could get cramps and/or an upset stomach. Is this true? If so, what should I do about breakfast?

Eat a protein meal before the workout, an hour or so. Eat a carb MEAL directly after within 10 minutes. 90 minutes later have more protein.

Along with the protein an hour before, you need a quality source of CARBS! They will help fuel your workout and provide adequate energy.
