Divide your lean mass by 3. Say 180 divided by 3 is 60. You need 60 grams at 4 meals.

I would suggest at least 1 gram per lb. of bodyweight. These should be taken in throughout the day eating (or drinking) 5-7 meals containing 20-50 g at a sitting.
