Title: Nutrition

Like most people I have a somewhat busy schedule. As such, I like to cook enough food to last the week. I then freeze this food and microwave it when I need it. What I would like to know is, by cooking and freezing my food am I sacrificing the nutritional value of the food? I am very healt conscious when I prepare my food.
