Title: Small-Portion Eating

I recently have heard of a diet where a person eats many times a day but only when they get hungry and only enough to make them full, and then when the next "urge" to eat hits, they eat another small snack or meal. Has anyone tried it and if so, does it actually work well?

    3 main meals and 3 snacks always works best if foods are separated accordingly
