Title: Protein Shakes I am currently taking NHF Whey More and I was wondering if there was a similar product with the same amount or more protein that I could buy at a cheaper cost. Thank you. That NHF Whey More is expensive stuff, and I find that it doesn't even taste that good. You have to realize that these protein shakes, no matter what the manufacturer, are pretty much the same. Even though one may have 4g more of protein doesn't justify the price difference. 4 g can be easily compensated through food sources. Thus, since they are all pretty much the same in terms of effectiveness, taste has to be a factor when deciding which whey powder to use. Having said that, I would recommend that you get Optimum Nutrition, it's cheap, effective, and it tastes good. Here in Canada, Whey More is $50 for 2lb, Optimum Nutrition is $50 for 5lb. Whey More = 26g /serving, while Optimum Nutrition has 22g/serving. The difference in protein will not be noticed by the user. I'm not an expert, but i've been doing a lot of reading on the topic.
