Title: Hypothyroidism And Dieting
13 years ago I had a partial thyroidectomy and 1 1/2 years ago was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Can anyone suggest anything (other than synthroid which I am on) to help me lose this weight? Regular dieting doesn't seem to be helping.

Dieting will work for you too. It's just not the diet youre on. We cannot prescribe here.

Hi, I also have Hypothyroidism and I'm yet to search for that perfect combination for the chemistry. I have a doctor working on that solution as we write. So far what I'm doing that works for me it may not work for you. Is I take my syntroid and a few hours later I'll take one Hydroxycut 20 minutes before my workouts. I work out 5 days a week and 2-3 hours a day I also watch what I eat. you have to have a good diet. I've lost alot of weight and gained lean muscle and some day hope to compete at the mainland.
