Title:
Body Fat PercentagesI am sure you have been asked this many times.
I am quite upset! I had a body fat analysis and I had a reading of 29% and I should be 19-24. I have been training for 3 years fairly hard, and I have an extremely clean diet. I am 5'7 at 150 lbs. I am lean but not totally cut, so It can't surprise me.
What can I do now?
Any input would be appreciated!
Thank you.

Things I like:
1. You take a multi and vitamin C! I love that!
2. You drink an adequate amount of water (I would push to double, that, however).
3. You eat 5 times a day.
Things I would think about:
1. Balance your meals. Each meal should contain a balance of Complex Carbs, Fats, and Protein (regardless of what that stupid little post above says about eating carbs seperately).
2. How many calories do you need to maintain your current weight? How many calories do you consume in a day?
3. Yogurt and honey are high in sugar and will raise your insulin levels, which in turn, will slow down your body's ability to metabolize fat. I would suggest to stay away from all simple sugars (fruit, juice, candy, etc.). Perhaps replace the yogurt with eggs?
My biggest concern is balancing your meals and making sure you are eating your proper amount of calories each day.
Do you have a 'cheat' day?
Also, what is your training schedule like?
