Title:
Binge EatingI work out alot during the week and I eat really healthy, but when it comes to the weekend when I don't have to go to school, I eat way too much. I eat so much I usually feel sick after, what can I do to stop these crazy cravings?
Please reply soon.

I have the exact same problem, but I find that drinking lots of water before and during eating usually helps fool my stomach into thinking it is full...lots of water! Also, try to eat when there are other people around, knowing others can see how much you are eating might help you to be a little more conscious about over eating.

I have discovered that I have trigger foods like chips/salsa, french fries, or chicken wings which causes me to binge. Do you have trigger foods? May be you are around certain foods that you can't get enough of because they are your favorite and may need to avoid these foods - occasionally.
Also some people eat more when they are bored. I eat more on the days when I'm at home. Then, I have to find something physical to do, find activities away from home, or any activity at home that takes my mind off alimentation.

I've run the gamut of eating disorders, and I found during my bulimic phase the *only* thing that prevented a major binge was going for a run or popping in a work-out tape like Tae-Bo. Afterwards I would feel great physically and I didn't want to ruin that by pigging out.
