Wieght Gainwell..hello there..
i am 16, and i play sports but i am very skinny...is there any advise you can give me in order for me to have healthy wieght gain?

I used to be in the same boat as you are now.
I was always on the run and very active in sports...to the point that my mother wanted to take me off the team because I was soooo skinny...(I ate all the time but never gained)...so what I did...was I ate a lot of peanuts...yep! Peanut butter, boiled peanuts...I even ate lots of bread. That helped me to gain weight so I looked healthy. Now I just eat it every now and then to maintain my weight.
Also, make sure that you are eating 3 regular meals instead of "grazing" through the day..Meaning, eating something here and there. That will help you body stabilize during meal time...because if you eat a little here and there during the day...your body is more prone to burning of the food...
