HS BaseballI am a freshman in High School and am soon going to begin Baseball for the School Team. I would like to know what should I do to get myself into shape and what should I eat to keep myself in shape?

To get in shape lift weights. No more than 3 times a week though. You can visit sites such as en.cyberpump.com to learn how to lift weights right.
then for eating just eat good foods.
Have fish, vegetables, fruits, grains you get the idea
no hamburgers,pizza,Mcy D's,Burger King,especially no fried chicken
