Title: HS Baseball I am a freshman in High School and am soon going to begin Baseball for the School Team. I would like to know what should I do to get myself into shape and what should I eat to keep myself in shape? Please reply to my email. You can visit sites such as www.cyberpump.com to learn how to lift weights right. then for eating just eat good foods.
