Title: Fat Loss i have been working on losing my midsection and i have been doing abd tapes every other day and step aerobics 3 times a week. I have modified my intake to 1200 cal a day and lowered my fat intake. my question is what is the best way to see results faster in my midsection. Keep it up and you will see results. Slower is better because you will most likely keep it off for good! You can't reduce body fat from only one area of your body, when you loose fat, you loose fat all around. The most permanent results come slowly, around a pound a week. Also, it's not just how many calories you eat, but what those calories come from. If you eat healthily (ample protein, complex carbs, some fat, and few if any processed foods), you can actaully eat more than you think, and still loose weight.
