Don what ratio of carbs to protein to fat is best for someone in the 135 to 140 pound weight range and a male? And how do you incorporate foods in your diet. And what is the quickest way to get to 5% bodyfat using your system?

    First off, everyone is different. If Don is trying to sell you some generic one-size-fits-all diet plan, then I suggest you look else where.

    Second - what are your goals? Are you trying to cut down to 5%? If so, what is your current bf%? What is your training routine?

    Third - you incorporate foods by eating them. What foods should you eat and how much? Depends on your goals.

    Overall I would suggest looking else where for advice. This site doesn't really have good information.

      You read too many magazines. If all people werent alike with minor differences, Physicians couldnt diagnose. Youre a twit.

        Yes, and physicians do such a *wonderful* job of diagnosing problems.

        10 years ago, dairy was what they pushed. Now they say dairy is bad. 10 years from now, they'll change their minds again. Why? Because they hop on the trend wagon. Shouldn't that tell you something?

        And tell me this, why is it that 80% of the doctors I see are out of shape? Shouldn't that tell you something?

        PS - I don't read magazines, but if it makes you feel better to think that, then all the power to you.
