Hi Reham,
There is no such thing as a successful temporary diet. If you want to lose weight, you need to make permanent lifestyle changes - there is no way around it. If you lose weight too fast, you are most likely losing water and muscle - not fat.
The slower you take it, the more likely that you will keep it off forever. I took it slow and lost over 115 pounds and have kept it off for over 3 years.
