Eggs, are a pretty good source of protein, around 80% on the protein efficiency ratio (although it probably drops lower than that if you cook the eggs, which denatures the protein). Eggs are also high in cholesterol, which too much of is not good for you. If you want to eat eggs daily, I would say to boil them, and only eat the egg whites. Most of the cholesterol is found in the egg yolk. As far as how many should be eaten, it depends on your body type, how much physcial activity you do, and what you want to accomplish with your body.

eggs eaten alone can be eaten in abundance.
