Name: Alyssa Date: Feb. 11th, 2000 Title: Re: Legs And Tummy In order to loose fat, you should do cardio (which involves warming up, getting your heartrate up, and cooling down), for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week, some weightlifting to build muscle tone (you don't need to worry about looking like arnold schwarzenegger, because you CAN'T, your body does not produce the right hormones for it), and eat sensibly. You need to create a calories defecit, which is you burn more calories per day than you eat. The defecit should not be too big, as that's not healthy. Eating 5-6 small meals per day instead of 3 big ones usually does the trick. Eat lots of protein, some complex carbs and a little fat, preferrably unsaturated. Try to cut back on sugar, salt, and most processed foods. Your diet doesn't have to be super strict, just GRADUALLY try to make healthier choices in your eating habits, and pretty soon eating healthy will be second nature.
