Title: HELP! I Have To Loose At Least 10 Lbs!!!

i am 16 years old and a teenage girl, who likes to eat a lot. I mean, i get hungry like very hour or so. But the good thing is that my metabolism is quick (that is why i get hungry so quick). I am 5'7(1/2) and between 120-125 lbs. i want to get down between 115-120. HOW the heck do i do that? If i run on the threadmill every day or every other day for about 30 minutes, will it help, get to me target weight? please give me ideas.

    The weight you are at is good for a girl your height. If you're worried about your abs try the new torso track. It works wonders!!!

    In general, you have a good weight for your height. Having a fast metabolism is a lucky thing to have. Most people are worried about how much weight in pounds they have to loose or gain, but what they really want is to change their body composition. If you have some muscle tone, you would be heavier, but definetely look better than a skinny girl who's all skin and bones. I'm a guy, trust me I know.

    hi Iam seventeen and I have a lot of expirence with guys opinon cause i am with them all the time and most guys want a toned body just work on your abs, butt, and back and you will look awesome. The treadmill will work but tone two. The scale isnt always your best chose of information. Just look in the mirror and you will know if you are comfortable with yourself or not. While you are running hold weights or something and in the magazine seventeen they always have workout things look in there or inthe magazine shape.dana
